About 80 NSS volunteers from Methodist College of Engineering and Technology (MCET) participated in the Youth & IT SDG Walk – Rising Telangana 2047 & Viksit Bharat @2047 held on 1st November 2025 at Necklace Road, Hyderabad. The event began with the flag hoisting by the Hon’ble Governor of Telangana, Sri Jishnu Dev Varma, the Chief Guest of the programme. NSS volunteers had the opportunity to walk alongside Prof. Balakista Reddy, Chairman, TGHEC, and Sri Jaya Prakash Narayana. The walk promoted awareness on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and reflected the students’ commitment to social responsibility and nation-building.
