Two-Day Workshop on Student Empowerment & Career Guidance

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Methodist College of Engineering & Technology, in collaboration with iFocus Mission, successfully conducted a two-day workshop on Student Empowerment and Career Guidance for II and III year students of Civil, Mechanical, EEE, and ECE departments.



The program was inaugurated in the presence of Dr. Prabhu G. Benakop and Dr. M. Lakshmipathi Rao, along with Deans, HoDs, faculty members, and distinguished guests.



The Guest of Honour, Dr. Jonnalagadda Kanakadurga, delivered an inspiring keynote address, setting the tone for the sessions.



The workshop featured expert-led sessions by resource persons from iFocus Mission, covering topics such as:




  • Brand Called You

  • Self-Care

  • My Power Circle

  • Ethics and Morality



Over 200 students actively participated in interactive activities, mentor-led discussions, and career-focused sessions, making the program highly engaging and impactful.

The workshop concluded with a valedictory session, marking the successful completion of this enriching initiative.
